I am a qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner who has been trained by Trevor Silvester from the internationally recognised Quest Institute.

I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and my qualifications include a Diploma in Cognitive Hypnotherapy awarded by the NCH who promote the highest standards of training and professional ethics amongst its members.

I have many years experience as an integrative Counsellor and I use a wide range of techniques from many different therapeutic disciplines to help you resolve your issues in the shortest time possible.

Based near Baldock, Hertfordshire, I am part of a highly professional network of therapists across the UK.

You are welcome to contact me either by phone or e-mail to discuss any further questions you may have or to arrange an initial consultation or book an appointment. If, following the initial consultation, you feel that this type of therapy is not for you, you will not be charged a consultation fee.
